Description

The purpose of this contract is to restore the neo-classical building, located in the contribution of Tzanaki Streets 86 and Erotoritos in Chania, Crete, as well as its surroundings, and to design it in a municipal Library.
The building is owned by the Municipality of Chania and has been designated as maintained by Decision No 1880/196/15.1.1990 of the Ministry of the Environment, Regional Planning and Public Works (Government Gazette, Series II, No 31/Δ/30.1.1990). It consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor, with an area of 220,40 μ2 each; it is located on a plot of land of 587,23 μ2 and its construction date is 1914.
The subject of this contract is:
(a) the preparation of all studies (architectural, static, electrical installations, etc.) of the project, at the preliminary, final and implementation stages;
(b) drawing up the tender documents for the project;
(c) issuing a revision of the building permit, as well as all approvals by different bodies, including the preparation of any other studies required, for the full restoration and reuse of the building to be maintained.
