De beoogde opdracht omvat het deels door één of meerdere dienstverleners en deels door de politie zelf uitvoeren van de werving en selectie van de volgende specialistische functiegroepen: Binnen deze opdracht zijn de volgende functie(groepen): DIV, Juristen, bestuursfuncties, Financiën, Facilitair management, Zorg, Docenten, Techniek en IT/IV. De geraamde totale jaarlijkse financiële omvang/waarde van de opdracht betreft circa 1,32 miljoen euro per jaar (incl. btw). De werkelijke jaarlijkse omvang is onder andere afhankelijk van de behoefte en de mate waarin de bureaus erin slagen de vacatures in te vullen.
