Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe utrzymanie czystości w pomieszczeniach oraz na posesji wokół budynku Wydziału Nauk Biologicznych przy ul. Kuźniczej 35 we Wrocławiu.
Łączna powierzchnia objęta utrzymaniem czystości oraz pielęgnacją zieleni wynosi:
a) powierzchnia wewnętrzna – 4324,21 m2;
b) powierzchnia zewnętrzna – 151,65 m2.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 3 do SIWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
3. Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji zamówienia oraz płatności określa Wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 4 do SIWZ.
