Description

Le marché a pour objet l’accompagnement au recrutement de personnel administratif qualifié et hautement qualifié nécessaire au renforcement de l’effectif de l’Agence.
En fonction du profil demandé par le client interne, la direction des ressources humaines de l’Agence mandate tout ou partie de la procédure de sélection à l’adjudicataire. Celui-ci doit être en capacité d’assurer l’ensemble des étapes de la procédure de manière autonome, les éléments suivants :
▪ Rédaction et traduction des annonces (5%)
▪ Diffusion des annonces (2%)
▪ Recherche active de candidats (20%)
▪ Screening des candidats (25%)
▪ Tests et assessments (5%)
▪ Organisation des interviews et participation à celles-ci (25%)
▪ Rédaction des rapports lors de la conclusion d’une procédure (8%)
▪ Réunions de suivi régulières (10%)
