3.1. 1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Law on Forests’), covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood, and tourist development, nature conservation, seed breeding and nursery to be carried out in the Grodziec Forest District in 2026. 2) The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the aggregated quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood as well as tourist development, nature protection, seed breeding and nursery resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – the planned size of the work; Annex 2.2.1. - the detailed size of the work by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.2.2. - valuation of the value of the contract for individual works; Annex 2.3.1. – forestry logging characteristics; Annex 2.3.2. – Forest harvesting sorting system; Annex 2.3.3. a statement of the distances and conditions of the harvesting of the timber; Annex 2.3.4. – a list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and leaching; Annex 2.3.5. – a list of items not made available for machine acquisition; Annex 2.3.6. – information on optimal harvesting technology (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - information on the optimal harvesting option; Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex 2.4.2. - a list of items not made available for renewals carried out with the aid of a planter.
