Mandatory measures under the technical passport:
Repair compromised balcony and boat rails. Process all visible reinforcing bars by pre-treatment with wire brush and application of rye converter. Some connections of the balcony rails have corroded. It is necessary, before heat insulation, to control their connections, to process them by removing corrosion and to apply an anti-corrosion coating. The chimney chimneys are cracked, there is no plaster and concrete headgear, there is a need to recover.
