The project aims to design a reliable, secure and scalable server infrastructure to meet the current and future needs of SMDEA09. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Supply of equipment: servers, network equipment - Setting up - Designing the solution and modelling - Keeping the solutions secure (updating) - Implementing a security solution - Recasting the DA The procedure is divided into two phases (see consultation rules): - Application phase - Selection of applications on the basis of the following criteria (detail see consultation rules): ¤ 45%: Candidate references and similar assignments carried out ¤ 30%: Professional capacity (skills, organisation and resources) ¤ 15%: Quality approach (certifications and indicators proposed) ¤ 10%: Understanding of the issues with regard to the NIS 2 directive for the SMDEA At the end of this first phase a list of the 5 best candidates admitted to the second round will be established - see consultation rules. Eliminatory score: score below 60/100 - Tender phase (negotiation with candidates who have submitted a tender for each lot) Framework agreement with 2-year order forms renewable twice per 1-year period for each lot (maximum duration = 4 years).
