Description

1. Name of the contract: Modernization of IT infrastructure in the District Branches of the National Bank of Poland. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter. 4 of the Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter: "SWZ"). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions of the contract are set out in the Draft Terms of the Agreement (hereinafter: ‘PPU’) for each of the two lots: 3.1. Annex 5A to the FTZ – Part I – Modernisation of IT infrastructure – Purchase of servers with service support; 3.2. Annex 5B to the FTZ – Part II – Modernisation of IT infrastructure – Purchase of disk arrays together with data migration and service support and extension of existing disk arrays. 4. The Contractor may submit a Tender for one or two lots.
