Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of stage lighting and sound system for the hall in Kulturni dom Črnomelj. The contracting authority shall comply with the provisions of the Decree on green public procurement (UL RS Nos 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 and 132/23) in the part relating to: • electric lamps and luminaires and indoor lighting, which is included in the equipment inventory and in the contractual provisions. The contracting authority shall carry out the procedure for the award of a public contract on the basis of the applicable law and implementing regulations governing public procurement in accordance with the applicable legislation governing the field of public finance and the field that is the subject of the public contract.
