Tal como se desprende del Informe de necesidad y Memoria Justificativa incorporados al expediente, la naturaleza y objeto del contrato prevé la realización independiente de cada una de sus partes, tal como establece el art. 99.3 LCSP, el mismo se divide en lotes, comprendiendo el Lote 1 la Zona Norte y el Lote 2 la Zona Sur.
