The zoning plan for the Trnávka-centre zone, Amendments 02 related to the submitted intention to revitalise the school area, was approved at the meeting of the Local Council of the Bratislava-Ružinov district on 11. 02. 2025. The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a concession contract for 30 to 50 years for the purpose of building and operating a new primary school or secondary school, as the case may be, if indicated in this concession documentation, on the basis of the results of a technical-economic analysis, it being understood that: 1. at the end of the concession period, the concessionaire shall hand over the primary school premises to the contracting authority under predetermined conditions; 2. the contracting authority expects that the concessionaire will also undertake to fulfil additional conditions in favour of the contracting authority: a. Maximum number of pupils – 425; b. the construction of parking spaces in accordance with the approved zoning plan of the zone. From 16:00 to 07:00, parking spaces will serve as public parking; c. implementation of park modifications in the rest of the area with emphasis on green and blue measures - water retention, irrigation, etc.; an area also open to the public; d. the school building must meet state-of-the-art parameters – green roof, energy efficiency, rainwater collection, use of collected water on the site; e. providing a discount of at least 20% of the tuition fee for children with permanent residence in the city district of Ružinov; f. repair and start operation of the fountain located on the site; g. construction of the gym, including the background, alternative reconstruction of the RŠK sports hall, and subsequent use in the morning. In this case, instead of building a gym, it will be possible to increase the volume of the construction of the school; h. construction of pavement for pedestrians on parts of the land reg. ‘C’ CN Parc No 14814/473, 14814/529, 14814/478, 14814/418 and 14814/531, ‘pedestrian roads, pavements and public spaces, downhill pavements’ along one of the street branches at intersections, in accordance with the opinion of the Department of Transport Engineering of the Slovak Capital City of Bratislava (NB: condition of entrustment of land); i. the obligation to maintain and renovate the constructed object(s) for the duration of the concession so as to ensure its functionality and quality. Object(s) at the end of the concession, at the handover of m. no. Ružinov, must be in good, usable condition.
