F-Chartres: specialist training services
This consultation will lead to the award of a framework agreement within the meaning of Community law and, since the rhythm or extent of the needs to be met cannot be fully determined in the contract for economic, technical and financial reasons, a contract with order forms within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, for the amounts defined as follows for each period of performance of the contract:
Minimum and maximum amount lot.
Lot 1 – Electrical clearances EUR 500,00 excl. tax: EUR 10 000,00 excl. tax.
Lot 2 – CACES auxiliary cranes and authorisations for driving cranes EUR 1 000,00 excl. tax EUR 10 000,00.
Lot 3 – Carist CACES and cradles EUR 1 000,00 net of EUR 12 000,00 excl. tax.
Lot 4 – Permit C and E (B) EUR 600,00 net of EUR 10 000,00 excl. tax.
Lot 5 – FIMO and FCO (goods) EUR 600,00 net of EUR 10 000,00 excl. tax.
The contract is awarded at unit prices. Prices may be revised.
Each lot shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of the contract to the contractor. By way of derogation from the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, each lot shall be renewable 2 times by express renewal (letter from the public body), for a period of one year each renewal, but its total duration may not exceed 3 years.
