Description

Die allgemeine Baumaßnahme umfasst eine Sanierungsmaßnahme in einem 5-stoeckigen Bestandsgebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Bei den Bauobjekt handelt es sich um ein Altbau mit einem innenliegenden Hof über dem Seitenflügel und Hinterhaus (Quergebäude) erreicht werden kann. An der Hauptstraße im Vorderhaus existiert ein Bestandsaufzug mit 4 Haltestellen ab dem 1.Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Haltestellevorhanden, jedoch nicht in Betrieb. Diese Aufzugsanlage wird komplett demontiert und durch eine neue Förderanlage mit fünf Haltstellen ersetzt. Der Aufzug ist auf vier Personen ausgelegt. Im Quergebäude wird in einem Lichtschacht, der als Belüftung für ehemalige innenliegende Bäder gedient hat, eine neue Aufzugsanlage errichtet. Dieser hat vier Haltestelle und eine Entrauchung über Dach. Der Aufzugsschacht wird mit einer Stahlrahmenkonstruktion in der jeder Etage ausgekleidet. Der Aufzug ist auf 12 Personen ausgelegt. Das erste Obergeschoss wird nicht angefahren. In beiden Objekten wird das Kellergeschoss nicht angefahren. Alle Arbeiten erfolgen unter unbewohntem Zustand. Ausführungszeitraum: Januar 2026 bis November 2026 Die Ausschreibung umfasst folgende Positionen: Personenaufzug 350 kg / 4 Personen: 1 Stück Personenaufzug 900 kg / 12 Personen: 1 Stück Stahlbau Unterkonstruktion für PA1: 1 Stück Schlüsselschalter EG Aufzug PA2: 1 Stück Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsystem: 1 Stück Schutzmattensystem: 2 Stück temporäre Kabinen-Auskleidung: 2 Stück
