Description

The subject of the contract is: Purchase of a rescue and firefighting car for the Voluntary Fire Service in Cmolas 1. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), and the detailed conditions for implementation are contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU). The contract is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund. If in the documents constituting the description of the subject of the contract, the trade name of the company, goods or product is indicated, the Contracting Authority – in relation to the parameters directly indicated in the tender documentation, or data (technical or any other), identifying directly or indirectly the goods or product – allows equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the above-mentioned documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not inferior to those required. Where the standards and regulations invoked relate to a specific country or region, other ‘equivalent’ relevant standards ensuring an equivalent or higher level of performance than the standards or regulations invoked may also be applied. The proper name is the name under which the object designated by it occurs (or would occur) both in Poland and in other countries. If the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described in the documentation, but does not provide minimum parameters that would confirm this equivalence, the Contractor is obliged to offer a product with similar properties, functionally suitable for the required use (arg. on the basis of the operative part of the judgment of the National Chamber of Appeal of 14 October 2013. [file reference: KIO 2315/13]). Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
