1. The subject of the contract is the thermomodernization of the existing public utility building - Primary School No. 280 at ul. Gorlice 3, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of the building and ensure proper microclimate parameters inside the building, in accordance with the energy audit. 2. The investment is implemented as part of the priority programme of the project "Improving the energy efficiency of educational establishments in the Capital City of Warsaw - Scope 2" under the Investment: B1.1.3. Thermomodernisation of educational institutions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 9 to the FTZ and the Technical Documentation, which includes: a) Measurement of works, which is Annex No 10 to the FTZ, b) Design documentation, which is Annex No 11 to the FTZ, c) STWiORB, which is Annex No 12 to the FTZ.
