This is a below-threshold public contract awarded in a negotiated procedure without publication pursuant to Section 63(3)(b) of the Act, since the subject of the public contract is the extension of the BD FACSymphony A5 SORP Cell Analyzer system, which the contracting authority already owns and uses for its activities. The extension consists of the addition of new highly sensitive detectors, modification of the emission optical path, a new computer for data collection and software algorithms that will allow the detection of the entire radiated spectrum of measured fluorochromes and its subsequent distribution into components corresponding to individual fluorochromes in the BD FACSDiva software. At the same time, the upgraded BD FACSymphony A5 SE Cell Analyzer retains the possibility of using classic compensation-based measurement procedures.
