• Het invorderen van niet tijdig betaalde drinkwaterfacturen, uit te laten voeren door een externe dienstverlener. • Uitvoeren van het traject waarbij Waternet de voorkeur heeft zoveel mogelijk facturen te incasseren in de minnelijke fase inclusief huisbezoek. • Het verrichten van gerechtelijke incasso-activiteiten, inclusief afsluiten. • Uitvoeren van het traject volgens het principe van sociaal incasseren
