Public procurement procedure with subject: Design and exercise of author's supervision of a site: ‘Major renovation of block 1B and block 1C and reconstruction of a summer theatre at the Izgrev recreation centre of the Ministry of the Interior in Sozopol covers: - architectural photographing of buildings of block 1B, block 1C and their adjacent yards; full inspection of block 1B, block 1C and site communications to establish their technical characteristics, related to the requirements of Article 169(1) and (3) and subject to Article 176(c) of the Spatial Planning Act and preparation of separate reports with the results of the inspection and the technical measures to meet the essential requirements for the audited sites; - preparation of investment projects in the ‘Working Project’ phase, in one with bills of quantities for each project part, separately for major repairs for block 1B and block 1C and their adjacent yards and for the reconstruction of the existing summer theater in an open-air parking lot for the needs of the Izgrev recreation base, providing an opportunity for the phased implementation of construction and installation activities; - Exercising author's supervision during construction.
