Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide transport, handling, packaging of works of art and assembly, dismantling and maintenance of LaM exhibitions. Each lot shall be concluded for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of its notification. It may be renewed three (3) times for the same period by tacit decision of the public person. Where appropriate, the public person shall take a decision in writing not to renew a lot at least three (3) months before the anniversary date of notification of the lot to the holder. In case of non-renewal, the holder will not be entitled to any compensation. The holder may not refuse renewals.
