Description

Innenausbauarbeiten Neubau
An das bestehende Knochenmarktransplantationszentrum wird ein Erweiterungsbau angebaut. Vor das bestehende Gebäude, welches U-förmig gebaut ist, wird ein Riegel vorgestellt, so dass im Grundriss ein Gebäude mit Innenhof entsteht. Das Gebäude hat 4 Obergeschosse und wird auf gleicher Höhe erweitert. Darunter werden 2 Tiefgeschosse errichtet. Aufgrund der Bodenverhältnisse muss ein spezieller Baugrubenverbau und teilweise eine Pfahlgründung erfolgen. Der Rohbau wird konventionell errichtet. Die Fassade wird aus Blechkassetten hergestellt. Die Fenster erhalten einen außenliegenden Sonnenschutz. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit Gründachaufbau realisiert.
Der Innenausbau und die technische Ausrüstung sind geprägt von den hohen hygienischen Anforderungen an die KMT-Bereiche und die Errichtung eines GMP-Bereiches für die Apotheke. Die Versorgung des Gebäudes wird über den Anschluss an das vorhandene AWT-System gewährleistet. Die vertikale Erschließung erfolgt über einen Aufzug und Treppenhäuser.
