Description

1. Provision of 24/7 services for patients hospitalised by the Contracting Authority through a system for the distribution of meals in hospital departments – provided to around 144 patients with the supply of meals directly to the patient’s bed together with the collection of vessels and post-consumption waste, rented out from the Contracting Authority.
2. Provision of 24/7 nutrition services 33 infants based on ready-to-eat food preparations for infants and young children, in disposable packings, in quantities of 1 serving, prepared industrially and the preparation of milk mixtures, helmets, infusions, etc.
The Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out catering activities consisting of providing food to patients’ families and hospital staff in the canteen room rented from the Contracting Authority between 8.00 and 19.00 on all days of the week.
4. In order to perform the services, the Contractor must provide, at his own expense, rented premises to the extent necessary in accordance with the sanitary rules: storage of raw materials, preparation of individual components of meals, serving them to patients, distribution of meals and dishes, transport and storage of post-consumer waste, washing vessels and equipment used for preparing and distributing meals, equipping social facilities for staff, maintaining cleanliness and office support for the activities carried out. All rented rooms shall be provided within a period not exceeding 30 days from the takeover of the premises.
