Description

The contract is a continuation of the Monitoring of Species and Natural Habitats (MGSP; https://siedliska.gios.gov.pl/), implemented as part of the State Environmental Monitoring, in the field of vertebrate animal species. The contract includes: • monitoring of the conservation status of 23 animal species and elaboration of approx. 8711 monitoring reports at monitoring stations, • elaboration of 23 monitoring reports on animal species, • conducting a survey on the presence of a bear, • conducting surveys on the presence of a wolf and a lynx, • revision and update of monitoring methodologies for selected species, • elaboration of the Nature Monitoring Bulletin with the results of animal monitoring from 2025-2027, • elaboration of recommendations for subsequent monitoring years, • maintenance of the GIOŚ electronic questionnaire for monitoring the distribution of species. The contract covers 8 tasks and will be implemented in VIII stages.
