Description

Herrichtung des Museums- und Kreativquartiers bestehend aus Marinehauses als kulturelle Begegnungsstätte und das benachbarte Märkische Museum. Beide Liegenschaften erhalten eine komplette Neuinstallation aller elektrischen Anlagen. Die Fassade des Gebäudes und einzelne innere Bereiche stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Im Saalbau des Marinehauses wird eine Haus in Haus Konstruktion als Holzbau geschaffen. In beiden Gebäuden werden die Sicherheitstechnik und die Überwachungstechnik erneuert.
