Stadibau GmbH is planning to build a new residential complex with around 62 barrier-free, publicly subsidized apartments for state employees, a common room and an underground car park with currently 36 parking spaces on the property of the former police inspectorate in Dachau. The subject of this call for tenders is the services of the property planning building in accordance with §§ 33 et seq. HOAI 2021 for the service phases 6 to 9 with gradual commissioning; the construction costs (KG 300 and 400) are estimated at around EUR 19 million gross. For a detailed description see 5.1
