Description

Predmet nabave je Modernizacija sustava javne rasvjete Grada Orahovice modelom višegodišnjeg najma (7 godina - 84 mjeseca), a sve na način i pod uvjetima propisanim ovom Dokumentacijom o nabavi i svim njezinim prilozima, Zakonom o zaštiti od svjetlosnog onečišćenja („Narodne novine, 14/19) te drugim pozitivnim propisima, normativima i standardima čija je primjena obvezna za ovaj predmet nabave. Predmet nabave je zamjena postojećih svjetiljki javne rasvjete novim energetski učinkovitim LED svjetiljkama (tako zvana zamjena „1 za 1“) te održavanje iste za vrijeme najma. Vlasnik sustava javne rasvjete je Grad Orahovica.
