Invitation to tender Invitation to tender with a European open procedure for the supply of five (5) shark/crane vehicles for the Joint Cleaning Blink Scheme. Joint Cleaning Blink Scheme (GRR Blink) is the Contractor. The nature of the contract concerns the provision of three 6x2 shark carm vehicles with a VBK netting system and two 8x2 shark crane vehicles in accordance with the requirements of this invitation to tender.
