Adquisición del material necesario para alcanzar y conservar los niveles de almacén que aseguren el mantenimiento de los repuestos de los Sistemas de Armas de Aeronaves del Ejército del Aire y del Espacio, así como para disponer de un canal directo de obtención de aquellos repuestos que no son prioritarios o están ausentes de las previsiones de necesidades anuales por distintos motivos, entre ellos, la impredecibilidad por consumos no sistemáticos (averías, accidentes, incrementos en el consumo por deterioros prematuros o desfallecimiento de materiales, etc.).
