Description

The supervision and operation of Process Units is based on a Foxboro-branded Digital Control System (DCS), owned by Schneider Electric Systems. The communication architecture is based on a structure of type "Inverted Tree", called MESH network, dedicated to control control on which all the equipment of the system is interconnected. This structure is specific to Schneider Electric Systems France/Foxboro architectures. There is also a Foxboro control and supervision unit exclusively dedicated to steam boilers for the service 4 process. This is a Foxboro architecture in MESH network. This SNCC architecture is the solution chosen for the Seine downstream redesign projects: the quantity and material references of Schneider Electric Systems France on site are increasing considerably (Trident security PLCs, PLCs, servers, network equipment, communication and acquisition cards, Foxboro Inputs/Outputs). A new architecture is being deployed as part of the after-sales service (Foxboro Evo) redesign. It induces a major evolution of the system with the arrival of new machines with part of the virtualized machine park, the addition of a new communication network (MX network) to manage data for the management of the plant and third-party tools such as energy data, management of tertiary facilities, IMS, and certain utilities as well as interfaces with the future process security system. The subject of this contract is the implementation of a system maintenance contract which is specific to Foxboro and Trident for Seine aval. This contract will include, on the one hand, the hotline, remote maintenance, preventive, corrective and system improvement interventions of the SNCC Foxboro, Foxboro Evo and Trident security PLCs, system software update patches, support for the documentation software and traceability of Foxray modifications. And on the other hand the purchase of equipment, spare parts and licenses. The consequences of a system failure can impact the continuity of service of Seine downstream in terms of availability of facilities, compliance of discharges as well as the safety of agents.
