1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i uruchomienie zestawu dwóch mammografów cyfrowych:
1.1. zadanie 1 – mammograf z biopsją stereotaktyczną – urządzenie szczegółowo opisane jest w załączniku do SWZ;
1.2. zadanie 2 – mammograf do badań skryningowych – urządzenie szczegółowo opisane jest w załączniku do SWZ.
2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób jego realizacji został określony w załącznikach do SWZ, w tym we wzorze umowy.
