Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of municipal services on the territory of the city and municipality of Ślesin, consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste collected on the premises of all properties on which residents live, including real estate inhabited by summer buildings situated within the administrative boundaries of the city and municipality of Ślesin, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Regional Waste Management Plan for Wielkopolskie Province for 2012-2017 and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Ślesin. Operation of the mobile two Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) sites – 1 in the city of Ślesin and the other in Licheniu Starym, the exact location of which must be agreed in advance with the Contracting Authority.
The subject-matter of the contract also covers the organisation and semi-annual collection of bulky waste, used tyres, hazardous municipal waste, including electrical and electronic waste and construction and demolition waste from the entire municipality of Ślesin, subject to prior agreement with the Contracting Authority. The scope also covers the keeping of detailed documentation relating to the performance of the service in question.
