The subject of the contract awarded in the present proceedings is the successive supply of liquid fuels (diesel oil) to mobile tanks, for the own needs of the Zamrzenica Forest District. 1. Description of the subject of the contract:- a) The subject of the contract is the successive sale and delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 140,000 liters. b) Delivery will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party for the duration of the contract. Diesel fuel will be delivered by the Contractor systematically in batches, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party located in the administrative area of the Zamrzenica Forest District, on the basis of the order issued. The one-off delivery will cover a quantity in the range from 1500 l to 2500 l. c) The fuel will be refueled directly to the factory tanks of self-refuelling machines or tanks located within the administrative range of the Zamrzenica Forest District. d) The fuel in the place indicated by the Ordering Party should be delivered within 48 hours from the moment of placing the order by the Ordering Party. e) Access to the places indicated by the Ordering Party for the purpose of refueling tanks at the Ordering Party's disposal will also take place on the internal forest roads of the Ordering Party with a ground surface. f) The Ordering Party will not be obliged to pay the contractor or other carrier remuneration for the transport of fuels. g) The Ordering Party will be obliged to pay for the fuel delivered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the correctly issued invoice. h) The Ordering Party will be obliged to pay the price for the amount of fuel actually received and will not be obliged to collect the quantity indicated in Chapter 3. The Contractor submitting the tender is obliged to indicate in the tender the price of diesel fuel applied by the manufacturer on the date of initiation of the procedure and to provide the address of the website where the Ordering Party will be able to check the prices for fuel on a specific date. In the event of a change of manufacturer, the Contractor shall immediately inform the Ordering Party of this fact. The contractor in the tender is obliged to indicate the price per litre of diesel fuel and the margin applied. If the manufacturer with whom the Contractor supplies fuel quotes the price per m3, then it is the Contractor's responsibility to convert the price of fuel and quote the price per litre. The quantities of individual fuels are estimated and may be changed in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party. In this case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to a financial claim. The minimum guaranteed level of performance of the contract shall be 50 %.

Wykonawca zobowiązany jest podać w formularzu oferty (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) łączną cenę netto i brutto, stawkę podatku VAT oraz podać słownie wskazane kwoty netto i brutto. W ofercie należy podać cenę w rozumieniu art. 3 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 9 maja 2014 r. o informowaniu o cenach towarów (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 168) za wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia. Cenę oferty należy określić wg następujących zasad: - poprzez podanie w formularzu ofertowym ceny netto za 1 litr określonego rodzaju paliwa stanowiącego przedmiot zamówienia, - poprzez podanie marży dla określonych rodzajów paliwa stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia. - poprzez podanie łącznej ceny oferty brutto i netto. Cena oferty będzie sumą cen za paliwo w ilości wskazanej w dokumentach zamówienia, po uwzględnieniu zastosowanej marży/ zaoferowanego rabatu.
