The purpose of the services is to prepare a study in accordance with the requirements of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 244/2012 of 16 January 2012 establishing cost-optimal minimum energy performance levels for buildings in Lithuania and to submit design proposals for the improvement of construction legislation. The services must be provided by 23 August 2024 at the latest. No extension of the deadline for the provision of services is envisaged.
