Successive deliveries of fruit and vegetables to schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition to children in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw.
1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of vegetables and fruit for schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition for children in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, corresponding to qualitatively detailed (industry) marketing standards and the general marketing standard specified in applicable law. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Price Form, which is Annex 3 to the FTZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the subject of the contract be as follows: 1) from the place of storage/storage of the products constituting the subject of the contract, having the current decision issued by the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate regarding the approval of the plant/warehouse subject to official control by the authorities of the State Sanitary Inspectorate in the scope of: if the Contractor is a producer, production, storage, packaging and marketing of agri-food products, or (b) if the Contractor is not a producer, storage, packaging and marketing of agri-food products; 2) using at least 3 (in words: three) means of transport meeting sanitary requirements, in accordance with the Act on food and nutrition safety, documented by current decisions or certificates or opinions issued by the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspectorate regarding compliance by means of transport with the requirements necessary to ensure hygiene in the trade of food products as regards adaptation to the transport of food; The contracting authority shall require that the documents in question contain information on the registration number of the means of transport to which they relate. 4. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract. By means of a ‘quality guarantee’, it is recognised that the shelf-life of the products delivered to the customer’s premises will be at least: 1) For fruit and vegetables - 5 days from the date of each delivery 2) For seasonal fruit - 2 days from the date of each delivery. 5. Vegetables and fruits should be: a) healthy (without signs of rot and mold), free from pests and damage caused by them, not wilted, clean, not damaged; the colour typical of the variety; an unacceptable foreign taste, aftertaste or smell; uniform in the packaging in terms of origin, quality, size and, as far as possible, ripeness and development; products should be transported in packaging intended for this purpose made of food contact materials, not damaged, not soaked, without traces of mold and extraneous odours. Quality requirements for vegetables and fruit are laid down in the Act on the commercial quality of agri-food products of 21 December 2000 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1980). The quality requirements for edible potatoes are laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development of 19 October 2003 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 371). 6. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor delivering the ordered products assist in its unloading at the place indicated by the Ordering Party and be present when checking the compliance of the products with the order. 7. Persons performing the delivery must have a current medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes, which they show at the request of the Ordering Party. 8. Deliveries will be made on working days. 9. Deliveries to each of the Recipients will be made up to 3 times a week. 10. The Ordering Party requires that the order be carried out on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 12 to the FTZ.
