Delivery of an extension to an existing power network by the incumbent Distribution Network Operator for East of England, UK Power Networks. This includes substantial high voltage works and an associated contract between UKPN and National Grid for 400/132kva infrastructure. National Grid Electricity System Operator Ltd are also paying towards the costs. Works are to unlock constraints and address a strategic need for energy infrastructure investment in the Biggleswade A1 corridor area.
