Part 1 – supply of AVT The subject of the performance is the supply of AV equipment for professional classrooms incl. the related facilities of the elementary school in Louny. The details are dealt with in the inventory of works and supplies (declaration of assessment), which forms Annex 3 to this tender documentation and project documentation (hereinafter referred to as ‘PD’) prepared by DESIGN 4AVI, s.r.o., Pražská 1335/63, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 07303289, including all the components of the above-mentioned project documents, which form Annex 4 to these specifications. Part 2 – Supply of furniture The subject of the transaction is the supply of furniture for professional classrooms incl. related facilities in the school building in Louny. The details are dealt with in the inventory of works and supplies (statement of assessment), which forms Annex 3 to these specifications and project documentation (hereinafter also referred to as ‘PD’) prepared by DESIGN 4AVI, s.r.o., Pražská 1335/63, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 07303289, including all the components of the above-mentioned project documents, which form Annex 4 to these specifications. N.B. of the contracting authority: The works mentioned in the project documents are not part of this procurement procedure.
