Description

As part of the project entitled ‘Implementation of the development goals and related spaces of the urban road network of Veszprém’, the Municipality of Veszprém City of County Rank intends to carry out road safety developments, the construction of pedestrian crossings and the related public lighting in three parts: Part 1: Paál László street intersections part 2: József Attila utca - Stadion utca intersection Part 3: The detailed technical description and the detailed definition of the tasks are contained in the technical documents and the items recorded in the unpriced budgets forming part of the procurement documents. In the course of implementation, the requirements set out in the technical documentation and the permit must be fully taken into account and complied with. Tenderers’ attention is drawn to the fact that any reference to a specific make, origin, type, procedure or activity in the technical specifications or unpriced budgets is made only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject matter and must always be accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. The contracting authority accepts the offer ‘or equivalent’ for the types listed in the specifications, provided that the type offered as equivalent fully complies with the specifications.
