1. The subject-matter of the contract is the service of technical inspections of Draeger medical apparatus, hereinafter referred to as ‘medical equipment’. The subject-matter of the contract also includes the repair of medical equipment. 2. The service being the subject of the contract is aimed at maintaining full technical and operational efficiency and extending trouble-free working time, as well as ensuring that the operating parameters of medical equipment will be in accordance with the values assumed by the manufacturer. 3. A detailed list of medical equipment subject to the technical inspection service and the repair service is provided in Annex 10 to the Medical Examination Manual. The list of equipment may change in the event of withdrawal of medical equipment from use by the Ordering Party during the performance of the contract.
