Description

It covers:
a. Preparation of meals in quantities resulting from hospitalised quantities
patients taking into account the Contracting Authority’s requirements and dietary recommendations
The Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw and the Institute of Mothers and Children,
b. Preparation and delivery of meals for babies and children up to the age of 3 from Kuchni
The dairy Contractor in accordance with the applicable rules and standards,
C. Delivery of meals to a separate place in the Hospital, place of delivery
meals followed by staff
Contractor (in the catering system for delivery to the patient’s bed),
D. Receiving vessels from the branches of the Hospital and the Medical Care Institution and
transport to a midwife at the Contracting Authority’s premises,
e. Washing and disinfection of tableware and cutlery and other equipment
for the storage, transport and administration of food, in accordance with the regulations
sanitary and epidemiological which operators are required to use
medical activities.
