Description

1. The subject-matter of the procedure is the award of a contract for the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate and owners of non-inhabited real estate from the area of the Environmental Association of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’ within sector III of the City and Municipality of Nidzica and their transport to the indicated Municipal Installations of the Environmental Association of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’. 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes the successive collection of municipal waste, including separately collected municipal waste, from owners of residential and non-resident properties in the area of the Environmental Union of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’ within sector III during the entire duration of the contract, i.e.: a) paper, b) metals, c) plastics, d) glass, e) multi-material packaging, f) bio-waste, g) ashes from household hearths, h) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, i) waste electrical and electronic equipment, j) bulky waste, k) textiles and clothing 3. The contracting authority indicates that the collected waste should be sent to: 1) Municipal Installation - Sortownia in Działdowo, ul. Industrial 61, waste listed in para. 2 (a) to (e), (h) to (k); 2) Municipal installation – Composting plant in Zakrzewo, Działdowo district, waste listed in paragraph 2 (f) of the Municipal Installation – Waste landfill in Zakrzewo, Gm. Działdowo, for the waste referred to in paragraph Description of the subject of the Order is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ and in the draft contract - Annex 12 to the FTZ
