Description

Настоящата обществена поръчка се възлага чрез открита процедура на основание чл. 20, ал. 1, т. 1 във вр. счл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1 от Закона за обществените поръчки и заповед № 2/4.01.2021 г. на директора на ДП ЮЦДП — гр. Смолян. С посочената заповед е определен видът на процедурата и директорът на ТП „ДЛС Кормисош“ — гр. Лъки е упълномощено лице по смисъла на чл. 7, ал. 1 от ЗОП.
Обектът на обществената поръчка е „предоставянето на услуги...“ на основание чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП, а второстепенният обект е „доставка на стоки, осъществена чрез покупка...“ по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП. Настоящата обществена поръчка попада в хипотезите на смесените обществени поръчки съгласно чл. 11, ал. 1 и ал. 2 от ЗОП, включваща повече от един обект — услуги и доставки, но се възлага като услуга съобразно чл. 11, ал. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки.
