Description

The procedure concerns the performance of preventive and curative maintenance services of traffic light equipment and light and sound signalling on the eastern territories of the Metropolis (Hyères, La Crau, La Garde, Valletta, Le Pradet). No batch decomposition is foreseen. The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: The contract does not allow the identification of separate services. These benefits are homogeneous and uniform. Interdependent and linked to each other, their allotment would not make it possible to optimize them while they correspond to the needs of the territories concerned. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 20 September 2025 or from the date of notification of the contract if later than 20 September 2025.
