The Contracting Authority may at any time request additional documents or clarifications if it finds that the documents submitted by the Contractor give rise to doubts as to their authenticity or as to the circumstances which they should confirm. In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to submit additional documents within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority. 2.3.3 In the event of non-compliance by the Contractor with the requirement to employ on the basis of an employment contract persons performing the above-mentioned activities, the Contracting Authority shall provide for a penalty in the form of an obligation on the Contractor to pay a contractual penalty in the amount specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. Failure by the Contractor to submit the evidence requested by the Ordering Party within the time limit set by the Ordering Party in order to confirm compliance with the employment requirement under the employment contract shall be treated as failure to comply with the employment requirement under the employment contract of persons performing the indicated activities. 2.3.4 In the event of reasonable doubts as to the Contractor's compliance with labour law, the Contracting Authority may request an inspection by the National Labour Inspectorate. 2.3.5 Permissions Orders
