Full name of the case: Supply of specialised medical equipment and devices under the project “Improving the quality of care for the elderly by retrofitting the neurological Rehabilitation Branch, the Daily Rehabilitation Branch and the Medical Rehabilitation Unit at the Brzeski Medical Centre”
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of specialised medical equipment and devices (hereinafter referred to as “medical apparatus and devices”) intended to equip the neurological rehabilitation unit, the systemic rehabilitation department and the medical rehabilitation department operating at the Brzeskie Medical Centre SPZOZ in Brzeg. The contract also includes the assembly and training of the Contracting Authority’s staff, duly indicated for the lot in question.
2. A detailed description of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR for the lot.
