Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Świadczenie usług Asysty Technicznej i Konserwacji dla Oprogramowania Oracle, w tym: 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego: Świadczenie Usługi Asysty Technicznej i Konserwacji dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego Oprogramowania Oracle wskazanego w Tomie III SWZ – OPZ, 2) w zakresie zamówienia objętego opcją: świadczenia usługi Rozszerzonej Asysty Technicznej w maksymalnej ilości 2000 roboczogodzin w okresie obowiązywania Umowy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Tom III SWZ - OPZ oraz Tom II SWZ - PPU.
