The city of Lehrte has decided to build two nurseries at the teaching sites of Immensen-Arpke and Teacher Ahlten. Using the possibilities of a PPP holder model with planning, construction, financing and maintenance, the most economical solution has been identified and awarded. The contractor will provide all the services required for the turnkey construction of the 2 day nurseries, interim financing, final financing over 20 years and maintenance over 20 years.
