Description

this is a design works contract which will include a fixed part for the construction of approximately 33 collective dwellings and a conditional tranche for the construction of approximately 22 homes for older people with service. This operation is part of the ANRU. The operation consists of 4 phases: — one design phase, firm part: pre-project and project studies, including the preparation of applications for administrative authorisations – a design phase 2, conditional tranche: pre-project and project study, including the preparation of applications for administrative authorisations for the construction of around 22 dwellings – phase 3 of completion of the fixed unit: works for the construction of approximately 33 collective dwellings – phase 4 of the conditional tranche: works for the construction of approximately 22 old dwellings with service – a full completion phase 5: full completion. The estimated duration of the studies is 5 months, the deadline for completion is 16 months for the completion of the fixed tranche and 12 months for the completion of the conditional tranche; the deadlines include the preparation periods. The deadline for full completion is 24 months. The body responsible for appeal proceedings is the Administrative Court of Lille, BP 2039, 59014 Lille Cedex. The department from which information can be obtained concerning the lodging of appeals is the Registry of the Administrative Court of Lille.
