Description

The services covered by this railway signalling contract relate to signalling work and current traction return as part of the project to extend the existing maintenance workshop at the Versailles Matelots Maintenance and Remisage Site (SMR). The subject of this contract is: - all the necessary execution studies and in particular the updating of the technical drawings, cable logs and drawings for the return of traction current, which are necessary for the successful completion of the project; - The creation of storage lanes 1 - 2 - 3 and workshop 26 with all the technical elements necessary for their operation; - Motorisation (control and control) of needle 528 (currently operated by TR lever) - Installation of stop and speed limitation signs, control of needle 528 operated by way of track 26; - the inclusion in the installations of the posts of the new installations (resetting of the automaton in the signalling post for the creation of 12 routes, modification of the automatons, chassis for the switchgear, etc.); - The modification of the HMI (Human Machine Interface) rail traffic control software; - The development of the site's global RCT facilities to take account of these new channels equipped with catenaries and the modification of the power supply for track 23 made switchable 25kV and 750V; - Technical verifications; - Testing; - Commissioning; - Regular service verification; - Safety, logistics and work management. The works must minimize the impact on the operation of the Maintenance and Remisage Site, while guaranteeing the safety of people and the various accesses to shops, waterfronts, industries, public, private equipment, etc. The maintenance of the movement of agents and machines of the site operator is also to be taken into account in the realization and phasing of the works.
