Description

General provisions: As part of this call for tenders, three specialist classrooms (FÜR) including the associated preparation rooms in the 3rd Upper floor (floor) to be equipped with specialist furniture. These are: - Subject room physics (80.1 m2), room 3.3.13 - Preparatory room physics (23.6 m2), room 3.3.14 - Subject room chemistry (60.5 m2), room 3.3.02 - Preparatory room chemistry (37.60 m2), room 3.3.01 - Subject room biology (68.53 m2), room 3.3.16 - Preparatory room biology (23.61 m2), room 3.3.15 The respective subject room and associated preparation room are connected to a door. This is the second escape route. The exact dimensions can be found in the attached floor plan of the 3. OG (Annex 1 to the Tender Specifications). Technical specifications: The prices offered in the list of services include the delivery free place of use, the unpacking and disposal of the packaging material as well as the ready-to-use installation (assembly) in perfect and clean condition at the final place of use. All classrooms were equipped with digital panels on one of the shorter wall sides, which are not part of this call for tenders, but must be taken into account in spatial planning. The location of the interactive panels can be compared to the layout of the 3. OG (Annex 1 to the Tender Specifications). The interactive panels project about 40 cm into the room. Student and teacher chairs are not part of this tender. The building itself does not have a central gas supply. This is produced via a decentralized or separate solution for the rooms. As initial equipment, only four filled propane gas bottles (one each for the subject rooms Physics (room 3.3.13), Biology (room 3.3.16) and Chemistry (room 3.3.02) as well as for the preparation room Chemistry (room 3.3.01)) according to the schedule of services (filled, filling weight 5 kg with foot ring and valve according to DIN 477 or equivalent) are to be supplied. The external owner of the building prohibits the opening or working of the ceiling and floor. Therefore, before delivery of the furniture, on-site channels for the gas and power supply are laid from the teacher to the student tables along the walls (for chemistry and for biology electricity and gas, for physics only electricity). The contractor's (AN) service then includes establishing the connection between the channels and the workstations. The only solution is that the teacher and student tables must be placed directly on the side of the window. The student tables are provided with appropriate fitting attachments (for more details see the list of services) and must be secured against slipping without damaging the floor. The AN's service includes the preparation of an installation plan (service directory item 233). This must be handed over to the contracting authority no later than six weeks after the award of the contract. From this must emerge the plan for the furniture. This plan will then serve as the basis for the Kommunale Immobilien Service (own operation of the state capital Potsdam), which will have the lines for electricity and gas laid. After completion of this installation work, the furniture can be delivered. The AN then moves the wires from the walls to the teacher and student tables. For any questions regarding the installation plan, the AN is at the disposal of the Kommunale Immobilien Service. The washbasins visible in the floor plan will be removed in advance except in the physics classroom and are to be replaced by the contractor with rinsing according to the list of services. The existing instantaneous water heaters will remain in place. Above the sinks, tile mirrors are already available. In the chemistry preparation room, there is a power sub-distribution in the wall on the right hand side of the entrance door. It must not be physically obstructed. To illustrate the premises, photographs of the technical and preparatory rooms will be attached to the tender documents (Annexes 2 to 7 to the tender specifications). In addition, tenderers will also have the opportunity to visit and inspect the premises on site. The period foreseen for this is 27.10.2025 to 03.11.25. The tenderer will contact the awarding authority of the provincial capital Potsdam and receive the school's contact details for an appointment.
