Description

The Boards' House Secretariat serves a number of independent tribunal-like boards. This means that the House of Representatives handles cases and prepares draft decisions for the boards so that they can make correct decisions on time. In this way, Nævnenes Hus supports an agile, fast and accessible way of resolving conflicts when they arise between citizens, businesses and authorities. The Danish Safety Technology Authority is part of the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs and is responsible for technical safety in Denmark. The Danish Safety Technology Authority works, among other things, with control and supervision within electricity, plumbing and consumer products. The purpose of the tender is to ensure a framework agreement that is easy to use for both Skønmænd and Nævnenes Hus and the Danish Safety Technology Authority. The National Boards' House and the Danish Safety Technology Authority offer a framework agreement concerning technical audits of quality reports as well as surveyors and expert assessors for the preparation of expert opinions in connection with appeals (hereinafter referred to as technical auditor and surveyors as "expert assessors"). The framework agreement shall be awarded to persons on the basis of their CVs and compliance with minimum requirements. It is thus a requirement that the person assigned to the Framework Agreement performs the tasks assigned to it under the Framework Agreement. The assessors will be assigned tasks by the National Boards' House and the Danish Safety Technology Authority, respectively, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the tender documents.
