Anskaffelse af licenser til landbaseret simulationsapplikation (Steelbeast), der anvendes i decentrale simulationscentre til løbende træning- og uddannelse i form af funktions- og enhedsuddannelse på Hærens stabiliserede platforme (køretøjer) og føringsuddannelse på Forsvarsakademiet. Rammeaftalen omfatter fornyelse af eksisterende licenser samt tilkøb af flere licenser afhængig i takt med et stigende behov for uddannelse, grundet Forsvarets stigende aktiviteter. Udover selve licenserne til applikationen Steelbeast, omfatter rammeaftalen også specialkonfigurationsydelser med henblik på at tilpasse simulationsmulighederne konkret til til Forsvarets behov, bl.a. i form af implementering af relevante køretøjstyper og ammunitionsformer, så træning og uddannelse af personellet kan blive så virkelighedstro som muligt.
